All custom outbound systems built by Amplixity become the intellectual property of the client upon final payment
Development timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and client responsiveness
Client must provide necessary access to systems, tools, and data required for implementation
Changes to scope during development may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments
AI Agent and Automation Services
AI agents and automated systems require ongoing monitoring and occasional optimization
Performance results may vary based on industry, market conditions, and implementation quality
Client is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and platform terms of service
4. Disclaimer
The materials on Amplixity's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Amplixity makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Amplixity does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
5. Results Disclaimer

Clients retain ownership of their data and custom systems built for them
Amplixity retains the right to use anonymized case studies and results for marketing purposes
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms outlined in the specific service agreement. Upon termination:
Client retains ownership of completed custom systems
Outstanding payments become immediately due
Confidential information must be returned or destroyed
